You can stay in any of our studio room types as a couple, as long as both of you are full time students. We also don't charge any extra for dual occupancy.

Sadly, we are unable to offer dual occupancy in our apartment room types as the shared kitchen and lounge spaces are designed for only 1 person per en-suite bedroom. If you would like any more information on this, please have a chat with us via livechat.

Yes! You can book with friends and we’ll try our best to position your rooms as close to one another as possible – please let us know after you book online. Be sure to check our current offers as we occasionally run a group booking offer.

All utility bills including broadband Wi-Fi and contents insurance for your belongings are all included.

Our studios have an ensuite bathroom and kitchen area within the room meaning you won’t have to share a thing. If you have booked an apartment, then you will have a private ensuite but share a communal kitchen, dining and lounge area perfect for relaxing with your friends.

Yes we do, they can be booked online – or alternatively give us a call to talk through your individual requirements.

You will receive a free clean each semester and also when you move out, meaning it is hassle-free for you. Simply speak to the site team once you've moved in and request your semester clean!
If you would like a more regular clean then you can upgrade at an extra cost.

You can cancel for free if…

- You fail to get the results to attend the University you selected
- Your VISA is declined
- You choose to move to another university in a city where we are yet to have true Student accommodation

Our stunning student accommodation in Leicester used to be a 1950's hotel. We have worked hard to lovingly restore this building whilst seamlessly blending the beautiful history into a unique, luxury design which will make a perfect home to any student!
Due to this, each bedroom is very individual, with no two rooms being the same.

Rooms are all individual as they come with different layouts, sizes and styles. The main differences are that some rooms have pillars and others have multiple/larger windows! To find out more about the quirky differences in the room you want, please review our floorplans, where you can see the windows in each room, approximate layout style and also the pillar location (if the room is lucky to have this feature)!

There is nothing to worry about as we have meticulously made sure that each room has every need covered to make your stay the best it can be... for example all studio rooms have a double bed, desk area, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom and apartment rooms have a double bed, desk area, ensuite bathroom and shared kitchen/lounge! So you certainly wont be missing out on any essential amenity!
