Our true Studio rooms vary in size and shape as they have been beautifully designed around our unique historic building. Each room comes with a stylish kitchenette, comfy double bed, ensuite bathroom with backlit mirror and plenty of storage.

Can we stay in the same room as a couple?

You can stay in any of our studio room types as a couple, as long as both of you are full time students. We also don't charge any extra for dual occupancy.

Sadly, we are unable to offer dual occupancy in our apartment room types as the shared kitchen and lounge spaces are designed for only 1 person per en-suite bedroom. If you would like any more information on this, please have a chat with us via livechat.

Why are true Leicester's rooms all unique and quirky?

Our stunning student accommodation in Leicester used to be a 1950's hotel. We have worked hard to lovingly restore this building whilst seamlessly blending the beautiful history into a unique, luxury design which will make a perfect home to any student!
Due to this, each bedroom is very individual, with no two rooms being the same.

Rooms are all individual as they come with different layouts, sizes and styles. The main differences are that some rooms have pillars and others have multiple/larger windows! To find out more about the quirky differences in the room you want, please review our floorplans, where you can see the windows in each room, approximate layout style and also the pillar location (if the room is lucky to have this feature)!

There is nothing to worry about as we have meticulously made sure that each room has every need covered to make your stay the best it can be... for example all studio rooms have a double bed, desk area, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom and apartment rooms have a double bed, desk area, ensuite bathroom and shared kitchen/lounge! So you certainly wont be missing out on any essential amenity!
